Further Mathematics: Binomial Theorem

A binomial is an expression with two terms,eg (3n+6). We often raise this to a power of, say, 6 or 7, and binomial expansion is determining what the result will be. This is incrediably useful as it allows us to calculate things such as Taylor Polynomials which allow calculators to work.
